What we collect

• When you pay: your name, email, phone and the payment ID, shared with us by Razorpay so we can deliver your purchase and fix payment problems. Card, UPI and bank details stay with Razorpay; we never receive them.
• When you join our email list: your email address and, if you give it, your first name.
• When you email us: what you write to us.

How we use it

Only to deliver what you bought, send the letters you signed up for, answer you, and keep records the law requires. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Razorpay (payments) and our email service provider (sending letters). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Razorpay's checkout may set cookies needed to process a payment.

Keeping and deleting

We keep purchase records as long as Indian tax law requires. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to see, correct or delete your data at hello@samatva.network.
