Cancellation & Refunds

All sales are final

Our products are digital and delivered by email. Once a payment is complete, it is not refundable and the order cannot be cancelled, whatever the reason. Please read the product description and price on the Pricing page before you pay.

Weekly Letter (subscription)

You can stop the subscription at any time by replying "cancel" or emailing hello@samatva.network; you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, and you keep receiving letters until the end of the period you paid for.

If something goes wrong on our side

These are the only cases where we return money:

• Charged twice for the same order: the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
• Charged but nothing delivered: we first resend the PDF the same day. If we cannot deliver it within 7 days, we refund that payment in full.

Email hello@samatva.network with your Razorpay payment ID. Such refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay; your bank usually credits them within 5 to 7 business days.
