1. What we sell

Digital products only: PDF workbooks and email letters. Descriptions and prices are on the Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.

2. AI character and no advice

Grandpa Elias is a fictional character created with AI tools. Our content is general reflection for personal growth. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Speak to a qualified professional about your own situation.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details. A purchase is complete when Razorpay confirms the payment.

4. Licence

You may use what you buy for yourself. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute it, in whole or in part.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you paid.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Thane, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. Please email us first; most problems are solved in one reply.
